Transdev Sverige AB has selected to use IDENTIC’s ID Link Cloud solution for the storage and management of refuelling data from their two new bus depots in Märsta and Vallentuna. In 2018, Transdev won SL’s tender for a ten-year contract for bus services in Märsta, Sigtuna and Upplands Väsby and for Vallentuna under two years. Since the start of service operations in June 2019, Transdev has used IDENTIC’s spill-free filling system at the depots in Märsta and Vallentuna.
All the transactional data generated by the IDENTIC lane terminals is continuously uploaded to the ID Link Cloud database. This ensures an extremely high level of reliability and security for the data. ID Link Cloud provides access to a Sync Export Service, which Transdev utilise to fully automatic the importation of refuelling data into their internal enterprise software solutions. Data from other Transdev operations in Sweden is now also routed to the same ID Link Cloud service, which provides further efficiencies for Transdev in Sweden.
IDENTIC uses the Microsoft Azure® platform and its collection of integrated cloud services to deliver maximum scalability, availability and security for the ID Link database and application software. These Cloud services remove the need for an operator to host and maintain additional server infrastructure.
