IDENTIC AB has signed a service agreement with Infranord AB for the management of fuel-related services and products as well as maintenance of Infranord’s refuelling facilities located throughout Sweden. The agreement includes IDENTIC taking over responsibility for monitoring the electronic level gauge systems installed at Infranord’s refuelling facilities. With the help of automatic low-level alarms, IDENTIC will initiate and track all fuel orders on behalf of Infranord. Under the same agreement IDENTIC will provide both preventive and corrective services to all the facilities. This means Infranord’s staff now have a single point of contact for managing all fuel related activities.
The objective of this new collaboration is for Infranord is to reduce the risks of time consuming and costly downtime or operational disruptions. The fuel management process can be streamlined and quality assured, with the aim of reducing Infranord’s total fuel and maintenance costs. Infranord’s staff also have access to IDENTIC’s online Customer Portal where they can both register and track the status of individual cases in real time.
